We Need 1 Gram of Protein per Day
Did you know that our bodies need 1 gram of Protein per pound of Lean body mass every day? That means if your goal weight is 120, you only need 120 grams of protein so you feed the lean muscle tissue and starve the fat so it leaves! Without drinking a high quality protein shake (made with water and ice), weight loss is virtually impossible as the proteins we normally eat are where all of the fat comes from in our diets, not to mention, it’s saturated fat versus good fat. This is where most weight loss programs fail and we quit and give up. Eating too much fat stops fat loss so remember to consume NO MORE THAN 20 grams of fat per day.

Losing those last five or 10 pounds can be downright impossible. The bottom line is … it is all about numbers!
