When we provide proper nutrition in its purest form, our bodies begin to crave the right foods, especially in today’s world of heavily processed foods and supplements that strip out all the health benefits and nutrients before they have even reached us.

For that reason, your shipment may arrive in a recycled box, or if you ordered a large amount of protein bars, we remove them from the box to save you $ on shipping and recycle the unused boxes. Most importantly, to protect the earth!

How are the shipping rates determined?

LynFit.com will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the cumulative weight of the order, dependent on the delivery location. Shipping rates are automatically calculated and updated each time a product is added to your checkout cart.

What is your delivery timeframe?

Orders are generally shipped from a LynFit Nutrition fulfillment center within five (5) business days (Monday-Friday) of receipt via USPS. Once shipped, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, California, Oregon, and Washington State will require an additional three (3) days.

NOTE: At times, due to the airing of TV segments and unexpected high demand of certain products, shipment of orders may delayed. VIP customers on AutoShip should not be affected during these instances.

Back Orders

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all of our products, there's a small chance that supply may not always keep up with demand. In this event, you will receive an estimated time of availability and the choice of canceling, substituting, or reserving your order. *This applies to autoship orders as well.

Do you ship internationally?
For international orders, please contact us directly at Support@LynFit.com to discuss order and shipping arrangements. LynFit Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, customs fees, or packages seized by customs. We are not responsible for any products confiscated by customs as being illegal (ex: melatonin, CBD).

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, no. LynFit Nutrition fulfillment centers are not pick-up facilities so all orders must be shipped.

Can I ship to a post office box?

While a post office box is acceptable, it is not recommended. If a post office box is used, LynFit Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How can I track my order?

Once the USPS provides our fulfillment center with a tracking number, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the tracking number included. You may click on that number to track your package through the USPS tracking system.

NOTE: Orders returned to LynFit due to an incorrect address entered at the time of the order, and re-shipped to the correct address, will require the customer pay the shipping charges for the reshipment in advance prior to re-shipping. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Orders

We make every effort to package your order so that it arrives in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product swiftly.

If any items arrive damaged or defective, don’t dispose of them until you’ve had a chance to speak with a customer service representative. You will need to submit a photograph of the damaged package, as well as damage to product. If you’ve received a damaged item, please e-mail us immediately (within 36 hours of product receipt).

We’ll need your name, order number, and the item number that was damaged, photos of damaged packaging, and products, so we can arrange for the damaged item to be replaced as soon as possible.

*Please note: Our carriers require photos of damaged products and packaging, we cannot process replacement or refund without photos or proper steps taken.

Order Cancellations

Orders can generally be canceled within 6 hours of it being placed. Orders that are not cancelled in time cannot be canceled or refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Autoship subscription orders cannot be canceled once processed through our subscription service provider. Autoship subscriptions require a 14-day cancellation notice.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive when expected?

If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame, the first course of action should always to contact your local post office or postal carrier as they may have answers that we cannot provide. Often they can track the order via GPS and can either locate where the package currently is, or where it was delivered to. If, after contacting your local post office you still need assistance, please contact our award winning Customer Service department: Support@LynFit.com

How does LynFit Nutrition ship heat-sensitive products in warmer months?

Between May and October in the United States, LynFit Nutrition ships heat-sensitive items (LynFit Lean Bars, LynFit Daily Power Shot, LynFit Daily Joint Repair & Recovery) during the week only (Monday through Wednesday), or according to current weather conditions, to avoid heat sensitive products from sitting in overheated trucks all weekend. This ensures product freshness. In certain extreme heat conditions, special provisions may be used. LynFit Nutrition will personally contact you should this become necessary.

Special disclaimer regarding warm/hot temperatures: If LynFit Lean Bars should lose their shape due to heat or humidity, simply put them in the freezer and allow enough time to resume shape. ALWAYS store the bars in a cool, dry place or refrigerator to avoid issues with heat and humidity.
