  • (2 scoops) Chocolate Bliss Complete Protein Advanced 
  • (6 oz.) Almond milk
  • (1½ tbsp.) Peanut butter
  • (1 tbsp.) Raw cocoa powder (optional)
  • (4 oz.) Water (more for a thinner shake, less for a thicker shake)
  • Crushed ice

Blend to desired consistency.

All you need is the willingness to eat healthier, three ingredients and two minutes to make this delicious homemade milk-free shake. When your kitchen starts calling you, eat this!

  • (2 scoops) LynFit Chocolate Truffle Complete Protein

  • (5+) Large ice cubes
  • (1 cup) Water (for a thicker shake, use less water – creamier, lighter, use more water)

Recipe: Fat Blasting Fudge Bites -- aka "Oodle Kaboodles"

FAT BLASTING FUDGE BITES

It’s the chocolate lovers leaner Rice Crispy® Treat!

  • (½ cup) Peanut almond or sunflower butter
  • (½ cup) LynFit Chocolate Truffle or French Vanilla Creme Complete Protein
  • (4 tbsp.) LynFit Sinful Chocolate Sauce (dry)
  • (¼ cup) Rice Crispy®

*For a sweet and salty treat, swap Rice Crispies® for a few crushed up salted pretzels

Mix the above ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Do not over blend. Hand roll into one-inch bite-sized balls and freeze for approximately 40 minutes, or as desired.

There are dozens of ways to make these treats, but the goal is to satisfy without sabotaging your weight loss and to keep your metabolism stoked, which is why the protein powder and prebiotic fiber are the superheroes in this recipe. The protein and fiber blunt the insulin response, killing cravings and hunger, making it easier to burn belly fat while also helping to reduce bloat.

Sinful Chocolate Syrup "Yum"due

 

Combine (1-2 tbsp.) LynFit Sinful Chocolate Sauce (or desired amount, depending on how many people you’re serving) with equal parts water (if you’re using 1 tbsp., use 1 tbsp. water). Less water thickens, more makes it thinner.

Gently stir until blended and refrigerate for 20-40 minutes to thicken.

For warm “Yum”due dipping sauce, heat in a microwave-safe bowl for 10 seconds or less (microwaves will vary, so keep an eye on it).

Dunk cut-up strawberries, raspberries, or frozen banana into the chocolate sauce and enjoy this guilt-free delicious dessert!

Frozen Hot Cocoa

  • Handful of ice

Ingredients:

  • (3 oz.) Sugar-free cranberry juice
  • (3 oz.) Diet 7-Up or Diet Ginger Ale (or Sparkling Water if you don't like the kick)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • (1 dropper-full) LynFit Daily Wellness Drops
  • Ice
  • Extra toppings: Spring of rosemary or cinnamon stick, frozen cranberries, slice of lime

Directions:
