Recipe: Pumpkin Spice Protein "Shake-a-Licious"

Pumpkin Spice

Ingredients (Protein Shake):

  • (½ cup) Your favorite premade cold black Pumpkin Spice coffee
  • (2 scoops) LynFit French Vanilla Creme or Vanilla Dream Protein Powder

Directions:

Blend and pour into a large glass filled with ice. Top with my homemade, healthier, cream and dairy-free fat-burning froth.

Ingredients (Froth):

  •  (2 scoops) LynFit Complete Protein Advanced
  • (1/3 cup) Very, very cold water

Directions:

Blend on high until it thickens and becomes a froth. NOTE: Lower-powered blenders and your water can affect frothing.

Smooth & Creamy Strawberry Gelato

This version takes gelato to a whole new level — a metabolic boosting level! You won’t believe how delicious this is until you try it. It’s fluffy, light, and the same thing as drinking your protein shake — except a little more enjoyable.

Ingredients:

  • (2 scoops) LynFit Wild Strawberry Complete Protein Powder
  • (1 cup) Frozen strawberries
  • (½ cup) Cold water
Tip: Add a few sliced strawberries for garnish. For an added treat, add a few chocolate chips.

Directions:
  • Blend ingredients for one minute or until texture is smooth
  • Pour blended mixture into ice tray and freeze
  • When frozen, empty frozen mixture from ice tray into blender
  • Gently blend until creamy, or desired texture

Recipe: Fat Burning French Toast

Fat Burning French Toast

Fat Burning French Toast Using French Vanilla Creme Protein That You Can Make in Under 10 Minutes!

This healthy French toast recipe is very high in protein, yet low in carbs and sugar. It’s quick, easy, and you won't believe how delicious.

Ingredients:

  • (1) Egg white (use 2 if small)
  • (¼ cup) Pre-made Protein Shake
  • (½ tsp.) Vanilla extract
  • Splenda® or sweetener of choice
  • (1 slice) Bread of choice (different breads may affect nutritional information)
  • (¼ cup) Berries for topping

Directions:

  • In a large baking dish, stir together the egg white, premade protein shake, vanilla extract or cinnamon (and if needed, sweetener to taste)
  • Dip the bread in the egg mixture and let soak for 3–5 minutes. Flip bread and let soak another 3–5 minutes.
  • Spray a griddle or large pan with cooking spray and heat to medium heat
  • Cook bread until lightly golden brown on each side
  • Garnish with berries or sprinkle with Vanilla Protein

Optional Serving Suggestions:
Pour Walden Farms Zero Calorie Maple Syrup over the top.

Tantalizing Tropical Treat

INGREDIENTS:

  • (2 scoops) Vanilla Dream Advanced Non-GMO Protein Powder
  • (½ - ¾ cup) Cold water
  • (5) Ice cubes
  • (1 shot = 1oz.) LynFit Daily Joint Recovery & Repair

DIRECTIONS:
Combine ingredients and blend in blender until frothed and ENJOY!

Recipe: Basil/Mint Pesto!

Basil Mint Pesto

  • (2 cups) packed basil leaves
  • (Handful) of mint leaves (optional)
  • (2) garlic cloves
  • (2 tbsp.) sliced natural almonds, unsalted
  • (2 tsp.) LynFit Super Omega Power Oil
  • (2-4 tbsp.) water
  • (Sprinkling) kosher salt
  • freshly ground pepper, to taste

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Adjust the amount of water to suit your desired consistency. Enjoy on zucchini noodles or as a baste for grilled seafood or veggies.

Pina Colada Protein Shake
  • (2 scoops) Vanilla Dream Complete Protein Advanced 
  • (2 oz.) Unsweetened coconut milk
  • (¾ cup) Pineapple chunks (either fresh or “no sugar added,” if canned) (optional but good for digestion)
  • (8 oz.) Water (more for a thinner shake, less for a thicker shake)
  • Crushed ice
  • (1-5 drops) Coconut extract, if desired, for extra flavor

Blend to desired consistency.

Calories: 450
Protein: 50 grams
Carbs: 22 grams
Fat: 16 grams
Fiber: 3 grams

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Shake
  • (2 scoops) Chocolate Bliss Complete Protein Advanced 
  • (6 oz.) Almond milk
  • (1½ tbsp.) Peanut butter
  • (1 tbsp.) Raw cocoa powder (optional)
  • (4 oz.) Water (more for a thinner shake, less for a thicker shake)
  • Crushed ice

Blend to desired consistency.
