Recipe: Carrot Cake Smoothie & Ice Cream
This shake is a game-changer if you love carrot cake or carrot cake ice cream.
You can freeze it and enjoy it as ice cream or refrigerate it and it's like yogurt (or as we say in the metabolic world, "Faux Yo."
- (½ cup) Cold water
- (2½ scoops) Vanilla Dream Complete Protein Powder or whichever LynFit Protein you prefer (using more shake makes it thick and creamy, like the real thing)
- (½ cup) Cooked carrots (I use frozen pre-thawed)
- (¼ tsp.) Cinnamon
- (1/8 tsp.) Nutmeg
- Ice, if needed
Combine ingredients and blend until desired consistency is reached. ENJOY!
