Recipe: Pumpkin Spice Protein "Shake-a-Licious"
Ingredients (Protein Shake):
- (½ cup) Your favorite premade cold black Pumpkin Spice coffee
- (2 scoops) LynFit French Vanilla Creme or Vanilla Dream Protein Powder
Blend and pour into a large glass filled with ice. Top with my homemade, healthier, cream and dairy-free fat-burning froth.
- (2 scoops) LynFit Complete Protein Advanced
- (1/3 cup) Very, very cold water
Blend on high until it thickens and becomes a froth. NOTE: Lower-powered blenders and your water can affect frothing.
