If your favorite fruit is not on the approved list, limit portion to less than ½ cup. Avoid eating it every day and keep an eye on your weight loss. If your blood sugar is still high and weight loss is slow take two (2)
  • Calorie-Free Liquids: Filtered or purified water, black coffee, black, green, chai, vanilla, or mint tea. Avoid chamomile, maca, or any tea not listed here, especially chamomile.

  • Fiber: It's already in there, so there’s no need to add more and slow weight loss. Our Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein contains the best fiber for weight loss, fat burning, and gut health.
