RECIPE: Raspberry Chocolate Smoothie
Share
Using cocoa powder instead of cocoa is a healthier choice because it's a good source of flavonoids that are both brain and heart-healthy. It makes the smoothie taste like a dessert full of dark chocolate.
In addition to the healthy cocoa, it has additional healthy ingredients like raspberries that are a great source of fiber, immune-boosting vitamin C, and of course, metabolic boosting clean Complete Protein to help prevent metabolic slowdown and keep you feeling full and satisfied.
Did you know that cacao powder is raw chocolate powder that's incredibly healthy for you, but it’s also high in calories, carbs, and fat? Instead of using cacao powder, use one (1) tablespoon of regular cocoa powder. You’ll still get plenty of chocolate flavor for only 30 calories, 1 gram of fat, 3 grams of fiber, and absolutely zero sugar.
- (½ -¾ cup) Cold water
- (½ cup) Raspberries
- (1 tbsp.) Raw cocoa powder
- (2 scoops) Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein or (1 scoop) Vegan Complete Protein, if you prefer a plant-based protein
- Handful of ice (optional)
Mix ingredients together and blend until desired consistency is reached. ENJOY!
