LynFit Nutrition Return Policy Must-Knows

Unopened, Sealed Products

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may request the return of that product if it’s within the safety guidelines set for non-preserved ingestible products as described below. * (Note: Systems, Kits, Combos are considered one product, and each must meet the standards below.)

  • The product must be unopened and the factory seal still in place.
  • For your safety, the return request must be made within 7 days of product receipt as evidenced by USPS tracking. We cannot make exceptions to this. We never re-sell returned items. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may create, but don’t worry, we are here to support you, so let us know how we can help.

To initiate your product return request, please complete the Unopened Product Return Request Form HERE. Once completed and submitted to LynFit Nutrition, a return request determination will be made. All return requests are the sole discretion of LynFit Nutrition and made on a case-by-case basis.

If your return request is approved:

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs when shipping the product back to LynFit Nutrition.
  • The approved product return must be shipped back using the same packaging it was delivered in.
  • A copy of the completed return request MUST accompany the return, along with the Return Authorization Number provided to you by LynFit Nutrition.
  • Once received and inspected by LynFit Nutrition, you will be issued a credit for the approved amount after assessment and product weigh in. The LynFit Nutrition and Amazon return team have strict procedures for safety that includes weighing and inspecting returned products.
  • The initial outbound shipping of the package from LynFit Nutrition to you is not eligible for credit.
  • Any product credit issued will be in the form of a LynFit Nutrition Gift Card within 14 business days of LynFit Nutrition receiving the return, completing its full inspection, and issuing a final approval.
  • All returns are subject to a processing fee at the sole discretion of LynFit Nutrition.
  • The Gift Card for the product credit will be sent to the email address on file provided by you at the time of purchase.

* Not all products are eligible for return under any circumstance. These products include, but are not limited to, LynFit Nutrition Lean Bars.


Opened Products

Sorry, but customer safety is our #1 priority, and for that reason, opened products are not eligible for return to LynFit Nutrition. If you are experiencing an issue with a product, we request that you complete and submit the Product Complaint/Issue Form HERE.

Once the form is received by LynFit Nutrition, we will contact you to work closely with you to resolve your issue. Our goal is to assist you to be able to use your products, in the manner intended, to reach your goals. This collaborative effort between you and LynFit Nutrition may include product education and/or personalized product suggestions.

As each customer’s situation is unique, it is vital that you answer all questions on the form as completely and honestly as possible. Help us help you!

Damaged Products

Products received damaged will either be refunded or replaced at no additional expense. Please inform us immediately via the Damaged/Missing Product Form HERE. Photos of the damaged order or package are required. Please do not throw anything out until we have seen the photos and advised you on how to proceed. We may ask for the damaged goods back. If a refund is preferred, a refund will be in the form of a LynFit Nutrition Gift Card.
