Damaged Product / Shipment Issue Claim Form
Products received damaged will either be refunded or replaced at no additional expense. Please inform us immediately via the Damaged/Missing Product Form below. Photos of the damaged order or package are required. Please do not throw anything out until we have seen the photos and advised you on how to proceed. We will require the damaged goods be returned to LynFit Nutrition. We will decide at that time the best way to handle each issue on a case by case basis.
For shipment issues, please complete the information below describing in detail the issue with the shipment (example: ordered Chocolate Protein and received Vanilla Protein). Please make sure to upload photos of the product you DID receive, along with a photo of the invoice that is in your shipment.
