Unopened Product Return Request

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may request the return of that product if it’s within the safety guidelines set for non-preserved ingestible products as described below and fully meets the LynFit Return Policy criteria. * (Note: Systems, Kits, Combos are considered one product, and each must meet the standards below.)
  • The product must be unopened and the factory seal still in place.
  • For your safety, the return request must be made within 14 days of product receipt, as evidenced by USPS tracking. We cannot make exceptions to this. We never re-sell returned items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create, but don’t worry, we are here to support you, so let us know how we can help.
  • Any return request must meet the criteria outlined in the LynFit Return Policy. Only those requests that meet the criteria will be considered for a return.

If your return request is approved:

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs when shipping the product back to LynFit Nutrition.
  • The approved product return must be shipped back using the same packaging it was delivered in.
  • A copy of the completed return request MUST accompany the return, along with the Return Authorization Number provided to you by LynFit Nutrition.
  • Once received, LynFit Nutrition's nutraceutical testing lab will carefully inspect and analyze the product and its contents. The LynFit Nutrition and Amazon return team have clinical procedures for safety that include weighing and testing ingredients for purity and thoroughly inspecting returned products to guarantee its freshness has been preserved.
  • The initial outbound shipping of the package from LynFit Nutrition to you is not eligible for credit.
  • Any product credit issued will be in the form of a LynFit Nutrition Gift Card (no exceptions) within 14 business days of LynFit Nutrition receiving the return, completing its lab analysis and weight inspection, and issuing a final approval.
  • All returns are subject to a processing fee of up to 25% at the sole discretion of LynFit Nutrition.
  • The Gift Card for the product credit will be sent to the email address on file provided by you at the time of purchase.

* Not all products are eligible for return under any circumstance. These products include, but are not limited to, LynFit Nutrition Lean Bars.
