Recipe: Metabolic Milkless Chocolate Milkshake
All you need is the willingness to eat healthier, three ingredients and two minutes to make this delicious homemade milk-free shake. When your kitchen starts calling you, eat this!
- (2 scoops) LynFit Chocolate Truffle Complete Protein
- (1-2 tbsp.) LynFit Sinful Chocolate Sauce
- (5+) Large ice cubes
- (1 cup) Water (for a thicker shake, use less water – creamier, lighter, use more water)
Make a little extra chocolate sauce to drizzle inside glass.
Combine ingredients in blender until desired consistency is reached.
