Ingredients:

  • (2 scoops) Vanilla Dream Advanced Protein Powder
  • (½ -¾ cup) Cold water
  • Handful of ice
  • Squeeze ½ lemon for juice
  • (2 dropper-fulls) LynFit Thyro-Boost

Directions:

Blend until desired smoothness is reached.
