Wanna Try CBD, But You're Not Sure Where To Start?
Unfortunately, lots of us feel overwhelmed when it comes to both buying CBD and how to use it; is it safe? I know I sure did. This allows my body enough time to wake up. If I don't allow my body to wake up, my response can be... 'nuff said, right?
If I’m feeling super-stressed (TV and cameras do that to me), I don't over-stimulate myself; instead, I take CBD to ease stress and anxiety. If I’m exhausted, I know it’s always because I didn't get a good night's sleep, and that's when I take my CBD.
Checking in with yourself every hour is one of the best ways to prevent bad habits from occurring (if you're still smoking, drinking, or overeating, this is gonna be a game-changer for you). Knowing what you are feeling helps you address the issue with the right solutions versus guessing. Answer honestly to yourself about how you're feeling. For instance, a level 2 ache or pain is okay, but a level 3 is unacceptable, and it's time for a little nature intervention, and that's exactly where CBD comes in.
