Feeling Tired? Gaining Weight? Allergies May Be To Blame!
If you're like me, Springtime can be rough. Environmental allergies can wreak havoc on your health, from extreme fatigue, headaches, stomach aches, and congestion that causes brain fog and can act like glue and constipate and bloat you. There's also a whole host of other uncomfortable symptoms that can block your weight loss.
I struggle with all of them, including food allergies, some tested and proven and others that wreak havoc on my health, yet allergy tests did not reveal an actual allergy, despite my suffering. This went on so long that it left me feeling extreme exhaustion, depressed, and hopeless. So, I ATE, and ATE, and ATE in an attempt to feel better. All it did was make me feel worse.
Here is the short speech... rather than waste your time and money on inclusive and expensive testing that is often wrong or inconclusive, I suggest a solution-oriented approach instead. This approach worked for me when nothing else did and to this day, while I still struggle from environmental and some food allergies, I'm 90% better than I was by using this approach that includes natural ways to address my allergies.
