Everyone Should Be Taking Vitamin D Daily!

One in five people in the US has low vitamin D levels, which weakens immune health and the ability to lose weight and burn fat. That's why it’s one of the top nutritional supplements we suggest everyone take daily, especially since we spend so much time indoors.

LynFit Liquid D3 Boost is a non-GMO, premium quality, all-natural vitamin D3 nutritional supplement NOW in a small, easy-to-swallow soft gel with 5,000IU of pure Vitamin D3 in a carrier oil of extra virgin olive oil. Research suggests that monounsaturated fats high in omega-9 oleic acid, like extra virgin olive oil, have powerful health-protecting benefits and promote cardiovascular health.*

Vitamin D3 is an essential nutrient that strengthens and protects the immune system, enhances calcium absorption to maintain bone health and strength, supports the nervous system, and promotes brain health. D3 Boost gel caps are the best, most convenient way to nourish your body with the vitamin D3 it needs to protect every aspect of your health and promote weight loss and fat burning without affecting blood sugar levels. Every batch is analyzed to verify purity and concentration levels, so every time you take your LynFit Nutrition Vitamin D3, you can be sure your body gets what it needs. Our D3 Boost’s content is free of fillers, toxins, and allergens. It contains no yeast, wheat, soy, milk, salt, sugar, preservatives, or artificial colors. It is made in the USA.

What Makes Vitamin D3 Boost Different?

Specifically formulated for weight loss

LynFit’s Vitamin D3 Boost is specifically formulated for weight loss programs. It delivers a concentrated dose of the most usable form of vitamin D3 with immune-boosting ingredients so the nutrients are used vs. stored in fat cells, known as “assimilated.”

D3 Boost results from a personal pursuit of the best source of vitamin D3. Although many vitamin D supplements are on the market, most are vitamin D2, which is inferior to vitamin D3. Most are suspended in rancid oils that can harm health or are difficult for the body to break down and use. Very few store-bought vitamin D3 contain the clean sources of D3, the quality, or the amount needed to enhance immunity. LynFit is about getting you results, so we always ensure our nutritional supplements are clinically dosed and premium sourced because our HEALTH AND OUR lives depend on it!

Lisa Lynn was diagnosed with Stage 1 melanoma, and this prompted her journey to create the most potent vitamin D3 product on the market because her life and health depended on it. She joined forces with her medical advisory team, located the best possible source of D3, and pioneered research and development to find the absolute best, purest sources available without a prescription or filled with any cancer-causing preservatives.

There are significant health and weight loss benefits to supplementing with vitamin D, especially when trying to lose weight and melt belly fat. Studies show that supplementing with vitamin D (5,000IU per day):

  • Helps burn fat and blocks new fat cell formation
  • Increases your athletic performance
  • Improves the immune system and helps prevent respiratory infection
  • Improves digestion and assimilation
  • Reduces muscle aches and pains
  • Promotes calcium absorption for healthy bones and teeth
  • Improves strength and muscle weakness (encourages muscle strength in older adults)
  • Improves energy
  • Decreases inflammation

Adequate vitamin D is necessary for healthy tissue in all body systems.

It can play a significant role in fighting off sickness

Eighty-five to ninety percent of us are deficient or severely deficient in vitamin D. If you are not working an outdoor job with significant sun or taking in significant amounts of dairy (unsuitable for weight loss), supplementation is a good idea. Those with darker skin are even more at risk for vitamin D deficiency.

Vitamin D is necessary for many functions in the body, and although it's called a vitamin, its action is more like a hormone. Among its many duties, vitamin D enhances muscle strength, supports teeth and bones, and is excellent for the immune system. It helps produce the enzymes and proteins necessary for our bodies to function properly. Every tissue in the body, including the brain, heart, muscles, and immune system, has vitamin D receptors. There is no question that maintaining adequate vitamin D levels is essential for good health.

Recent studies confirm vitamin D as a superstar nutrient crucial for good health. Vitamin D not only regulates levels of calcium and phosphate in the bloodstream but also works together with calcium, vitamin A, and vitamin K2 to promote the mineralization and growth of bones. Vitamin D plays a massive role in the immune response, activating and arming the killer T-cells for defense against infections and bacteria. It modulates the gene expression that regulates cell proliferation, suggesting a potential role in cancer incidence, and it reduces chronic systemic inflammation.

A Korean study showed that vitamin D triggered fat loss in cells that were exposed to vitamin D; Vitamin D also affected genes that affect fat cell formation, fat breakdown, and fat used for energy. Recent research has shown that 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 (1-2 gel caps of Vitamin D3 Boost Advanced) is most effective for weight loss and fat loss.

In the most extensive study and definitive evaluation, regular supplementation with vitamin D substantially reduced the risk of an upper respiratory tract infection. The study combined the data from 25 clinical trials, including over 10,000 study subjects from countries worldwide. The risk of developing a respiratory infection was reduced by half for study subjects with low vitamin D levels. Those with higher baseline blood levels benefited as well, reducing their risk by about 10 percent. The researchers noted that the risk reduction afforded by taking vitamin D for getting an acute respiratory infection was the equivalent, or higher, of the protective effect of a flu vaccine against flu-like illness. Remember that it is nearly impossible, especially in colder months, to achieve normal blood levels of vitamin D without taking a supplement.

While there isn’t a single magic bullet when it comes to eliminating disease, scores of research shows that adding beta-glucans to your daily diet—either in the form of supplements or foods that contain the compound—can play a significant role in helping your body fend off not only the common cold and respiratory infections but also more severe diseases, including cancer.

FAQs

Why is this better than vitamin D2?

When searching for a vitamin D supplement, you'll have two choices: Vitamin D3, also known as cholecalciferol, or vitamin D2, ergocalciferol. Vitamin D3 is the form naturally manufactured by humans from exposure to sunlight. Vitamin D2 is sourced from plants and is less biologically active or effective. After reviewing the research and consulting experts, we've concluded that vitamin D3 is the better choice.

How much vitamin D do I need per day?

Since 2010, the recommended daily allowance of vitamin D has fallen between 400 and 800 IU per day. Still, new research suggests adults may need at least 2,000 IU of vitamin D daily, and the best source is the sun. The human body is estimated to produce 10,000 IU to 20,000 IU of vitamin D3 from as little as 30 minutes of exposure to the sun. However, most adults do not get 30 minutes of regular sun exposure. Subsequently, vitamin D deficiencies are rapidly rising among all age groups in the U.S. Vitamin D food sources, such as salmon, egg yolk, and raw milk, only provide around 200 IU to 400 IU of vitamin D, which is why most adults would benefit from vitamin D supplementation. Weight loss and fat burning place greater demands on the body, making it critical to supplement with LynFit Vitamin D3 Boost.

Is it possible to take too much vitamin D?

Taking too much vitamin D is called toxicity, but such a scenario is improbable. You’d have to take 40,000 IU per day for a couple of months or longer to be in danger of developing vitamin D toxicity. Using LynFit Vitamin D3 Boost makes this highly unlikely as the liquid form is more absorbable by the body and gets used versus stored, preventing toxicity. Drinking a full glass of water is always suggested when taking any supplements for proper utilization and to help flush away excess.

Is it better to get sun than to take supplements?

No! The ozone layers have changed, which is why skin cancers are also on the rise. While getting some sun is healthy, the odds of you getting the amount of vitamin D needed are slim, making supplementing the better option. For those who work in an office or, live in a colder climate, need to avoid the sun, or are trying to lose weight and melt belly fat, supplementation is an easy and effective way to ensure adequate vitamin D levels.

Can I get vitamin D through food?

Certain foods are touted as vitamin D powerhouses: wild salmon, mackerel, herring, catfish, cod liver oil, and eggs. These foods are good approaches to getting some vitamin D but need to be better for weight loss or fat burning, and you can't guarantee that your body will get the amount required for optimal health and weight loss. If your vitamin D levels fall within the danger zone (less than 40 ng/ml), then supplementation is strongly advised.

How long does vitamin D stay in the body?

It’s believed that when taken orally, vitamin D is better used by the body and lasts one month. Because excess vitamin D is stored in fat, some can remain in the body (which is a good thing) for an extended period to be used during months when access to the sun is limited, such as the winter season.
