Q: What about cleansing? Isn't it important when losing weight?
A: Yes, indeed, it most certainly is! Cleansing improves health and slows aging at every level and shouldn’t be something we do once a year for a “clean” way of life. This plan incorporates all of that, making it easy to do, so you don’t just detoxify. This makes it easier to lose weight and burn fat, and you stay clean and healthy for life.

Our metabolic cleansing is different because it doesn’t strip away nutrients you need to stay healthy. It focuses on the stuff you don’t want like toxins or build-up, restoring gut health, which is where all health is created.

Q: Can I cheat or enjoy my favorite food once in a while?
A: Yes, in fact, if you do it the way we suggest in the Metabolic Boosting Guide, it will prevent weight gain and keeps you from backsliding into your old unhealthy habits.

This plan builds in enough margin that if you fall off, you've got protection. But, of course, we don't suggest that.

Q: What happens after I lose the weight? 
A: This is NOT just another diet; its a clean eating tool kit that makes living a healthier, leaner lighter lifestyle easy. It saves you money when you buy it bundled, making it so easy you won’t want to stop following it. Why would you spend and struggle more when you can guard your health with maximum protection and keep weight off?

Your body needs specific nutrients in order to keep your metabolism functioning optimally and preventing weight gain. Since you need to eat every day, you might as well make it metabolic. It's better for your health and keeps weight off. It's also a lot less expensive than getting sick or gaining weight with all the health hazards that come with that.

PREVENTION IS THE MOST POWERFUL TOOL!

Q: I'm losing too much weight on this system; what should I do?
A: My favorite question, of course, I love hearing this! It does happen more than you'd think. I simply suggest adding more protein to dinner or using more omega 3 salad dressing and oils to your diet. You can go back to having two meals daily and also making sure you're “upzigging” (a planned cheat) every four days or so, according to your metabolism.

I don't suggest cheating on unhealthy foods because that is never good for our body, and you want to feed the lean muscle to keep your metabolism revved while starving the fat, so it stays away, and you stay heart-healthy.

Life usually helps take us off-track, but this plan helps rebalance eating, even when life throws you a curveball, keeping your weight on-track, so you can throw out your fat pants; you'll never need them again... unless you quit!

Q: If I have health issues, can I do this plan?
A: Yes! In fact, it's the most prescribed way to lose weight, especially if you struggle with any health issues.

Q: I’m sensitive to caffeine and stimulants; can I use the metabolic boosting supplements in this kit? 
A: Yes, you can and should. This system doesn’t contain stimulants per se, but because it's loaded with health and metabolism-boosting nutrients, most people who struggle with low energy (also why they gain weight) say they feel better immediately, which is a sign of good health. If you're one of those super-anxious people whose body is affected by chronic stress for so long that you're anxious, irritable, and jumpy at every noise, you may want to take less.

I tell my in-person clients that if they can drink a cup of coffee, they can take these nutrients as suggested. If not, because it's too much, I suggest starting slower by using less, slowly building up to the suggested use. I suggest skipping coffee and taking the supplements instead if you have to choose because the B vitamins are critical to health. People who are deficient in B vitamins (stress folks) need them the most often and may feel slightly jittery as levels rise and become rebalanced.

Some people will need less to lose, while others need more. We are all different, and our bodies will let us know.

Q: Will I feel sick (get the low-carb flu) while detoxing? 
A: Ninety-nine percent of people do not; however, if your eating habits have been “not-so-healthy,” you may feel withdrawal, but this rarely happens. Make sure to follow the directions as outlined in the plan, making sure not to miss any shakes or meals, drink enough water, take all supplements as prescribed, eat more than enough vegetables, and this low-carb flu will be mild at worst. Constipation, bad breath, and all of the side effects that go with the other weight loss methods are addressed by each supplement, along with the underlying issues that caused weight gain to begin with, including helping to ease the detoxification process and keeping you regular.

Q: Will it help me with hunger and cravings?
A: Yes, hunger and cravings support is also built right in. If you feel extremely stressed or depressed, or that your cravings need additional support, you can add 5-HTP Lean, taken in the morning and again at bedtime (you can take three doses -- morning, noon, bedtime, when needed for extreme stress). You can also take it as/or if needed because the protein and nutritional supplements in this system address the underlying symptoms. 

Q: Should I take my other supplements?
A: No, we suggest that you stop taking all other supplements unless prescribed by your doctor.

Q: Is there anything else I need to add to this for daily nutrients or joint support?
A: This system is a well-balanced, comprehensive system, and includes the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy and promote weight loss, fat burning, and protecting your whole body health. However, many of us (no judgment... I’m one of these people) who need extra support may want to add the following:

  • Essential Fatty Acids for maximum health and brain support: Pure Omega 3 (one in the morning and one in the evening). Or, if you prefer to get your essential fats from plants or food, we suggest using our delicious Omega 3 Dressings or CBD Daily Wellness Oils.

Q: What do I do when I’m on the road and can't blend my shake or need a cleaner snack?
A: That's easy: Pack your Protein Powder in zip lock bags (bartenders are happy to blend it with water and ice for you... deliciously too) or pre-blend your shake ahead and take it with you. You can also add two scoops of protein powder to a shaker bottle or empty water bottle and add water. Shake and drink! That's what surgeons who use LynFit do.

Or, you can bring a Lean Bar to have. I do both a Lean Bar and Leaner Latte while I’m on the road because I find I’m hungrier, and it helps me avoid temptation, which is always a win.

Q: Can I use this is if I have thyroid issues?
Yes, unless you're hyperthyroid, this is definitely suggested for you and is necessary when it comes to losing weight due to thyroid issues slowing your metabolism.

If you have hyperthyroid issues and you're overweight, you can and should use this metabolic method too. The only reason you wouldn’t is if you were underweight and didn't need to lose anymore.

Q: I'm having difficulties sleeping and, as a result, I feel sluggish all day. What can I do?

Q: Does the label accurately list exactly what’s in the bottle?
A: Yes. Q: What are the "other" ingredients on the label, and why are they important?
A: While these ingredients are inactive ingredients they play a number of critical, essential roles in the manufacturing process including:

  • Stability by achieving uniform density for accurate dosing
  • Absorbability and proper nutrient dispersing of the active ingredients evenly throughout a solid tablet, capsule, and softgel
  • Preserving and protecting active ingredients from rapid inactivation due to heat, moisture, and elements beyond our control
  • Promoting tablet disintegration, for better assimilation and absorption, as well as capsule and softgel dissolution
  • Sustaining the release of active ingredients in a timely manner into the body over time for max efficiency

Q: Why do some companies refer to these inactive ingredients as a threat to your health?
A: Claiming that a product is 100 percent free and “pure of any and all excipients” is deceptive advertising, used frequently to draw attention away from inferior active ingredients. The right inactive ingredients used in the right way do important things, like ensuring that a tablet disintegrates in your GI tract rather than just passing through your system without benefit, or keeping a product from breaking down and being susceptible to microbes found in your gut that may impede absorption. Take LynFit's use of extracts for example -- they are expensive to use but contain the highest concentrations of the nutrients you seek that are naturally wild-harvested from premium organic non-GMO fresh herbs and nutrient sources. Q: Should I be concerned about the use of artificial sweeteners such as Stevia or Fibersol?

Q: Are LynFit products non-GMO?
A: Yes. In response to customer inquiries regarding GMO, LynFit launched a major health protecting initiative to affirm the non-GMO status of its products and each ingredient. During the transition (during 2017-2018), we began using new partners and co-manufacturers to ensure that our products and each ingredient used are non-GMO certified. As a result, hundreds of ingredients were and still are being carefully evaluated and the majority of LynFit's product line are self-affirmed as non-GMO.

Q: What’s the difference between tablets, capsules, and softgels?
A: Certain ingredients/nutrients require specific delivery systems. LynFit decides which delivery system should be used for each individual ingredient based on what’s best for your body and most effective when it comes to reaching your specific goals based on the raw material/ingredients specific characteristics. Since we specialize in weight loss and all of the issues that can come with it such as fatigue, we know that you need to feel better fast, so we use the best and most effective methods when it comes to relieving pain or boosting energy. Time is usually the essence so we base on desired disintegration or dissolution characteristics of the finished product and the active ingredients, as well as your goals. Q: Are all of LynFit's products organic?
A: For the most part, yes. However, what’s important to know is that while most people assume that the word “organic” means quality (and to-most it conveys the perception of higher quality), most people don't realize that the word “organic" is actually referring to how foods that are grown (like fruits and vegetables) rather than how products are formulated.
