  • (1½ cups) Warm water
  • Peppermint tea bag
  • (2 scoops) LynFit Chocolate Protein
Note: This recipe can also be made without a blender. Simply stir until dissolved. Vanilla Protein may also be used rather than Chocolate.


Heat water until warm (not boiling) to brew the tea Add the warm tea to the Chocolate Protein in a blender Blend until smooth
