Metabolic Chocolate Mounds


This is my #2, or if I’m being honest ... tied for #1, dessert shake. I’m in full agreement with Hershey’s when they say that, “Every coconut has a dream to one day find itself covered in chocolate and almonds.” So, when your taste buds want something exciting, reach for this delicious metabolic boosting, sugar blocking, sweet coconut covered in rich chocolate, with a twist of almond flavor instead. Avoid the food hangover, button popping morning after. Pure decadence coconut with rich dark chocolate, without all of the added calories!

DIRECTIONS

  • Pour (1 cup) of cold water into a blender
  • Begin mixing on the lowest speed to get air into it to make you feel fuller
  • While the blender is running add:
    • (2 scoops) LynFit Chocolate Bliss Advanced OR ChocolateTruffle Complete Protein Powder
    • (1 tsp.) Coconut extract
    • Add (4 or more) Ice cubes slowly and mix until the desired consistency is reached
