Recipe: Fat Blasting Fudge Bites -- aka "Oodle Kaboodles"
It’s the chocolate lovers leaner Rice Crispy® Treat!
- (½ cup) Peanut almond or sunflower butter
- (½ cup) LynFit Chocolate Truffle or French Vanilla Creme Complete Protein
- (4 tbsp.) LynFit Sinful Chocolate Sauce (dry)
- (¼ cup) Rice Crispy®
*For a sweet and salty treat, swap Rice Crispies® for a few crushed up salted pretzels
Mix the above ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Do not over blend. Hand roll into one-inch bite-sized balls and freeze for approximately 40 minutes, or as desired.

The protein and fiber blunt the insulin response, killing cravings and hunger, making it easier to burn belly fat while also helping to reduce bloat.
NOTE: For a lower carb and calorie treat, use LynFit Egg White Protein instead, and rather than mixing pretzels, top/dust balls with crushed pretzels.
