Recipe: Basil/Mint Pesto!

- (2 cups) packed basil leaves
- (Handful) of mint leaves (optional)
- (2) garlic cloves
- (2 tbsp.) sliced natural almonds, unsalted
- (2 tsp.) LynFit Super Omega Power Oil
- (2-4 tbsp.) water
- (Sprinkling) kosher salt
- freshly ground pepper, to taste
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Adjust the amount of water to suit your desired consistency. Enjoy on zucchini noodles or as a baste for grilled seafood or veggies.
