The Sky Toe exercise is also known as the hip lift; works the abs without hurting your neck! Great move everyone should do to work the abs and is great at working the lower abs when you point your toes.

Helps improve sports performance
Alleviates back pain
Safe to do if you have shoulder and or neck issues
Slow controlled moves
You can have bent knees if hamstrings are tight
Don’t lift your head keep it rested on floor
Repeat 10-15 reps per set
2-3 sets
3-5 times a week to build strength - once strengthened reduce to 2-3
