What is your favorite LynFit metabolic boosting weight loss recipe?
When it comes to drinking the shake, I LOVE the Chocolate Complete Proteins (all of them). I take mine straight up with water and ice. I'm afraid to get fancy and it tastes delicious that way, so I keep it simple so there's no cleanup.
For dinner, I love Cod fillets baked on a bed of lemons, parsley and onions. Delicious!
What is your favorite LynFit supplement to use, and why? How has it helped you?
Cutting Edge and Accelerator Advanced. I love the carb and fat blocking benefits and I carry them everywhere with me on the weekends. This combo of supplements worked great in jump starting and then maintaining my weight loss. With the right plan for diet and exercise, these supplements helped me lose 63lbs in 9 weeks.
Did you encounter any obstacles? If so, how did you overcome them?
The most difficult obstacle for me was the last 10lbs. They were incredibly stubborn to shed. I had to cut my caloric intake a little and listen to Lisa's advice about changing my supplement regimen and my workout. It worked! It was really a case of being spot on with my regimen. Sometimes I would miss the second dose and doing it made all of the difference.
How has your life changed since you lost weight?
I'm much healthier, I have more energy, and I deal with stress better. I saw my doctor the other day and he was impressed that with my stress levels, my blood pressure was 122 over 65. Over all, I'm a happier guy :)
What did you do during the first two weeks of LynFit that helped you stick to the plan?
I accepted that I needed someone else's help to lose weight since my previous attempts hadn't worked very well. Working with Lisa was great because she is very positive and motivational.
