'Tis the season of overdoing it, and that usually means we end up getting sick. We seem to be exhausted all the time, and that almost always means we gain weight.

Choose fresh vegetables and some citrus fruits, being mindful to stay away from powdered veggie products, juices and juicing, and canned or processed options due to them causing a spike in blood sugar levels.
