- (1 cup) Warm water
- (1 scoop) LynFit Vegan Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- (½ tsp.) Ground cinnamon
- (½ tsp.) Ground ginger
- Pinch of Himalayan pink salt *optional but recommended for hydration etc
- (1 tbsp.) Unsulphured blackstrap molasses (optional)
Combine ingredients, stir or blend until powder is dissolved and ENJOY!
