The simple 1-2 3 Cleaner Leaner Protein Bar base recipe:

  • (1 cup) LynFit Vanilla Dream or Chocolate Bliss Natural Whey Protein
  • (1 cup) Almond, ground flax, or walnut flour (It’s easy to make your own by tossing the nut of your choice into a food processor)
  • (½ cup) Allulose (Prebiotic fiber syrup)
  • (¼ cup) Coconut oil (Optional for moister protein bars. A splash of water may also be used to lower calories and fat)
  • Flavor of choice — to taste. Cinnamon, instant coffee granules, dried berries or powder (unsweetened), vanilla extract or pumpkin spice, vegan sprinkles (to name a few clean/legal options), or a desired amount of sugar-free chips or real cocoa.

First, combine all dry ingredients, then wet ingredients, and gently blend until combined (do not overblend, as it removes air, which keeps bars light, moist, and easier to chew). 
Spread evenly in a glass loaf pan or other, and place in the refrigerator until solid.
