RECIPE: Skinny Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream

Serves 1 — Only 2 Ingredients… Done in 2 Minutes!
Combine the following in a glass Mason jar or bowl and stir until the desired consistency is reached and protein powder and pumpkin are blended.
- (1 scoop) Vanilla Dream Natural Whey Protein
- (½ cup) Pure pumpkin purée
- Dash of pumpkin pie spice (Nutmeg can be substituted)
Stir and place in the freezer until frozen to desired consistency. I like mine, only slightly frozen to mimic creamy gelato!
