Peanut Butter Blueberry Protein Ball

RECIPE: Peanut Butter Blueberry Protein Ball

Losing weight can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be when you have the right tools.
Sustainable weight loss is easy when you learn to swap out the not-so-healthy ingredients for better ones while getting a little creative to honor your taste buds. This Peanut Butter Blueberry Protein Ball recipe is only three ingredients, takes less than five minutes, does not require baking, and will remind you of the childhood PB&J your mom used to pack in your lunch box, BUT BETTER!

I rely on them when I'm feeling tired and experiencing an energy dip that requires protein nourishment, rather than a sugar-filled coffee that spikes my blood sugar and then causes a crash, leaving me feeling even more tired than I was before. Not to mention the trendy coffees are loaded with more sugar than just about any junk food you can think of.

Delicious, nutritious, and easy to make with only a couple of ingredients. I store them in my freezer so that I always have them on hand, which keeps me from scavenging through the kitchen when I'm feeling HANRGY :)

You can adjust the flavor or sweetness to your liking. This specific recipe serves one, but I suggest tripling the recipe so you always have them on hand.

Here is what you will need for these Peanut Butter Blueberry Protein Balls:

  • Medium Size Mixing Bowl
  • (1 tbsp.) LynFit Vanilla Dream Natural Whey Protein Powder
  • (2 tbsp.) LynFit Peanut Butter Protein Powder
  • (2 tbsp.) Water
  • Frozen Blueberries

Mix ingredients until thoroughly combined. Gently fold in frozen blueberries, being careful not to crush them unless, of course, you prefer it that way. Roll into bite-sized balls. Place them in freezer to harden and eat anytime!
