PUMPKIN PIE IN A GLASS
Serves one, only three ingredients, and takes less than five minutes to prepare!
(1 scoop) Metabolic and Immune Boosting Vegan Vanilla Milkshake
(½ cup) Pure pumpkin purée, no sugar added
(Dash) Pumpkin pie spice (nutmeg and cinnamon works too)
Add a dash of water of mousse is too thick.
*Optional: Froth vanilla protein powder to top mousse/pudding
Stir and indulge without the bulge!
