- (½-¾ cup) Pre-brewed Chai Tea (warm or cold), coffee (decaf or regular, or other approved tea or calorie-free liquid)
- Handful of ice
Directions:
Process all ingredients in a blender (add water/liquid before powder) and blend quickly until the desired consistency or thickness is reached.
