• (6 oz.) Cold water 
• (1 scoop) LynFit Vanilla Dream Natural Whey Protein Powder 
• (1 oz.) LynFit CLean Collagen Cream Liquid (**Add more to increase flavor)
• Handful of ice (*Optional)

Blend the above ingredients in a blender in the order listed, blending on high until the desired thickness is reached. 

Fill ½- ¾ of a tall glass with ice, add 1 cup of premade coffee, and pour the protein blend on top. Instant coffee can be used and added to the protein blend for ease and speed.
