I hope you're ready for a little refreshment this holiday season because we are officially turning the classic mint mojito cocktail into this year's MUST-HAVE metabolic holiday beverage. Swap this out for eggnog; you’ll save hundreds of calories, carbohydrates, and artery-clogging fat. Start by dropping some mint into your favorite glass, smashing lightly, and add 1-2 droppers of Thyro-Boost, a little Stevia if desired, and your sparkling water of choice. Shake or stir it up; toss in some ice, mint garnish, and cranberries for a bit of holiday color and pizzaz. Sip and share!
