RECIPE: Melt Fat, Boost Energy Mango Smoothie
This has become our go-to smoothie for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dessert... at least until the mangos we picked are gone :) It's clean keto, metabolic boosting, low carb, sugar, fat, and calories!
- (½-1 cup) Mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- Handful of ice
- (½ cup) Cold water
- (1 oz.) LynFit Daily Power Shot (liquid or powder )
- (1 oz.) LynFit Metabolic Collagen (liquid or powder )
Combine and blend until the desired thickness is reached. Garnish with fruit, if desired. ENJOY !
