
RECIPE: Fat-Burning Fudge Brownie Batter Protein Bites

Just because you're following a gluten-free or keto diet doesn't mean that you need to feel deprived all the time. This Fudge Brownie Batter Protein Bites recipe is one of my family's favorite flourless treats. It's fast and easy to make, and requires no baking. Satisfy your cravings and quiet food noise instantly!

INGREDIENTS:
- (1) Ripe banana
- (½ cup) Nut Butter (You can use LynFit Peanut Butter Powder for the cleanest Fudge Brownie Bites. Follow the directions on the package for how to make your own clean keto Peanut Butter Powder.
- (1 scoop) LynFit Chocolate Bliss Natural Whey Protein Powder
- (1) Egg
- Small amount of dark chocolate chips or crushed walnuts (optional)
- Splash of water for moisture
Mash the banana and mix with the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a small, greased glass baking dish (I use a glass loaf baking dish). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or less. Keep an eye on it to prevent overcooking. Oven times will vary until set. Cool before serving.
