This low-carb martini mocktail will hit the spot without wreaking havoc on your liver or waistline. It requires only three ingredients. Fast, easy, and as nutritious as it is delicious. 
Turn a boring protein shake into a special event by swapping your shaker bottle for a martini glass and dusting the rim with shredded coconut or protein powder.

  • (1 scoop) LynFit Vanilla Dream or Chocolate Bliss Natural Whey Protein Powder
  • (1 cup) Cold water or calorie-free coconut water
  • (¼-½ tsp.) Vanilla (*optional)

Combine ingredients in a blender, starting with water first. Blend until the desired consistency is reached. Make it festive by dusting the rim with shredded coconut or protein powder, or dusting it with grated dark chocolate on top.
