RECIPE: Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Ice Cream

  • (2 cups) Frozen sliced bananas (3 small bananas)
  • (4 tbsp.) LynFit Chocolate Natural Whey or Vegan Protein Powder
  • (3 tbsp.) Low-fat peanut butter powder
  • (2 tbsp.) Cocoa powder *Optional
  • (½ cup) Pre-made melt-fat milk
  • (1 tsp.) Vanilla extract
  • (1) LynFit Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bar cut up into small chunks or sugar-free chocolate chips or crushed toasted peanuts for garnish (optional)
  1. Place frozen bananas, LynFit Natural Whey Protein Powder, peanut butter powder, and cocoa in a large food processor. Process on high, stopping to scrape down sides as needed, until the banana slices are broken up, about one minute.
  2. With the processor running, pour pre-made LynFit Protein Shake (aka Melt-Fat milk ) and vanilla extract through the food chute. Process until smooth, about one minute.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a freezer-safe 9-by-5-inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper; freeze for one hour. Sprinkle with pieces of LynFit Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Lean Bars or sugar-free chocolate chip and/or a small amount of crushed peanuts before serving, if desired.
