- (¾ cup) Cold-filtered Spring water (zero-calorie)
- (½) Cucumber, peeled & diced
- A handful of Romaine lettuce
- Squeeze juice from ½ a lemon
- (½-1 dropper) LynFit Thyro-Boost
- A handful of ice (optional)
