  • (1 -2 scoops) LynFit Natural Whey - Vanilla or Chocolate
  • (½ cup) Frozen berries (save some for topping)
  • Dash of water or handful of ice, if needed

Place all ingredients, starting with the berries, in a blender with water/ice. Blend well to combine and thicken, and ENJOY!

Do not over-blend; it will become too watery. Add more ice or frozen berries to thicken if needed. This can also be turned into ice cubes, popsicles, or ice cream for ill or hospice patients. Simply pour into popsicle molds or a small bowl and place in the freezer.
