Ingredients:

  • (1½ cups) Warm water
  • Peppermint tea bag
  • (2 scoops) LynFit Chocolate Protein

Directions:

  • Heat water until warm (not boiling) to brew the tea
  • Add the warm tea to the Chocolate Protein in a blender
  • Blend until smooth

Note: This recipe can also be made without a blender. Simply stir until dissolved. Vanilla Protein may also be used rather than Chocolate.
