- (1½ cups) Warm water
- Peppermint tea bag
- (2 scoops) LynFit Chocolate Protein
- Heat water until warm (not boiling) to brew the tea
- Add the warm tea to the Chocolate Protein in a blender
- Blend until smooth
Note: This recipe can also be made without a blender. Simply stir until dissolved. Vanilla Protein may also be used rather than Chocolate.
