THE GOAL OF THE LYNFIT 7 DAY HEALTH AND FITNESS HABIT CHALLENGE

To establish daily habits and rituals so that you and your family can begin to do them without even thinking about them —the same way you brush your teeth. • Print out the Challenge and hang it up on the refrigerator. • List each family member’s name and next to it write their personal health and fitness goals. • Do it! Start on the very next day. Do not wait. • Place a star sticker or check mark next to each day every family member completes that day’s task. Each day you have one healthy habit to focus on. A lifestyle is something you do every day, and health is simply a series of habits you do every day. The more you practice them the better you get at doing them. Practice makes perfect!
