WHAT ABOUT ORDERS OF LYNFIT PRODUCTS SOLD ON AMAZON?

Yes, we do sell on Amazon, but to protect and preserve our products, we do ALL fulfillment ourselves, so no worries there either. If we run out, we run out - this will apply to both Amazon and Lynfit both. There is no advantage of ordering on Amazon unless you have an Amazon credit you're trying to use up.

I BOUGHT A LIQUID SUPPLEMENT AND THE TOP SEAL HAS POPPED OFF

This is seldom a reason to worry as 100 percent of the items we ship are sealed properly and triple checked before they leave our warehouse (this includes the inside seal that’s inside the bottle caps and sometimes pops when you open the top).

The plastic seal, and also plastic coating, often are bounced and tossed during USPS transit, despite our marking them as fragile in big red letters. This tossing around can cause the inner seals to pop or come off as you open the tops. Should this happen, DO NOT SHIP YOUR PRODUCT BACK. Contact us at Support@LynFit.com for further instructions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU TO KNOW

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ALL until further notice (therefore, no refunds either). PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU DO.

Product instructions, meal plans, recipes, and all directions will continue to be available on our website. We will no longer be sending printouts, to lessen the handling aspects, despite our sanitizing habits and glove use.

Shipping may be slower and also become more difficult, so for this reason we ask that you:

  • Please use the tracking numbers that are sent via email automatically to track your package
  • Keep an eye out for your delivery, so you can bring products inside promptly to avoid theft or shipment loss

LynFit Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages misplaced by mail rooms or front desks. USPS is warning that issues may arise due to the sheer volumes being shipped. We can't take responsibility for this, espcialy now, so please be vigilant and bring packages in as soon as possible, which also protects them from being damaged in heat or cold.

Once we ship your package and it leaves LynFit, it is no longer our responsibility, so if you have a shipping issue, please contact your local post office.

WE DO NOT SUGGEST that you have your order shipped to post office boxes or gated communities. If you choose this method it will be your responsibility, and LynFit is not liable. It's not that we don't want to help, but we have been warned by the USPS and want to make you aware, so you can protect yourself.
