Collagen Creamer Usage

Suggested Usage: Shake thoroughly before use and refrigerate after opening to preserve freshness. Take one or more doses daily, undiluted or mixed into your coffee, tea, smoothie, water, or poured over berries. It is good anytime and safe to take on an empty stomach. It can be taken before bed, during, or after breakfast.

Suggested collagen use is dependent on your health goal. A good maintenance starting point is one serving of 10g of pure collagen daily. Women and men over the age of 40, pre-post surgery or injury healing, stiffness, hair regrowth, and high activity should aim for a minimum of 30 grams of collagen daily, in addition to 125 grams of Complete Protein (Natural Whey, Lean Bars, or from the approved food list).
