WORKOUT VIDEO: Posture Correcting

Home exercises you can do to strengthen upper back muscles. No equipment needed! This reverse fly move is awesome when it comes to correcting poor posture and slumped over shoulders.

Lie flat -face down (can be done in bed!)
2-3 sets
2-3 times per week
Thumbs up to correct rounded shoulders
Best done without weight
No weight needed until your super-strong, but even then use light weight, focus on form and using the right muscles, and avoid using the wrong ones
