Planks are the #1 best way to flatten your abs and strengthen your core, helping to protect your you from back problems. Avoid plank bloopers by taking a video or photo of yourself, so you can check for:
  • Slumped/rounded shoulders
  • Rounded back

The goal is to create a straight alignment/line and squeeze your butt/glutes and pull in your stomach to recruit muscles. Practice every day or every other day if you're a beginner.
