Need a way to release your tight back? As a physical therapist and fitness expert, I don't have a personal trainer to stretch me out. This is my go-to self-stretch that I do every day once my body is warmed up to release tight glute muscles that can lead to tight achy backs and hips.

Try this and let me know how it makes you feel! This move can and should be done several times throughout the day. Do it enough times to feel the release and unlock your back.

This move can be done in a desk chair; simply fold one of your legs over the other and slowly and gently bend over and don't forget to breathe!

*Caution: This move is not suggested for those who have had hip replacement.
Ask your doctor first!
