Who Needs The Luck Of The Irish When We Have God?
Newsflash! St. Patrick wasn’t Irish, and he wasn’t born a Christian superhero who rose to fame and changed his country. He grew up in a wealthy British family and had no interest in Christianity until he was older. God worked through him to do something amazing. And, God uses/can use each one of us to do something amazing (Philippians 2:13).
No matter where you're from or what you have or haven’t done, God can work through you to do something amazing.
He also taught that Grace changes enemies (people who hurt us) into opportunities for radical love and how Jesus loves us even when we rebel against Him (Romans 5:10).
Like other American celebrated holidays, St Patrick's Day has become an excuse to eat corned beef and cabbage, even though corned beef was started here in America when Irish immigrants couldn’t afford bacon. But cabbage has always been a popular Irish meal, and for good reason.
The Irish are known to drink a bit too much. But they have also known for a long time how beneficial the nutrients in leafy green cabbage are and how effective ingesting the right micronutrients can be when it comes to detoxing the liver and cleansing every cell in the body to revive health, especially after a bit too much "celebrating."
I’m sure all Christians are already living as Jesus did... right? Just kidding. I’m human and born-again, and while I don’t drink (at all), as a fitness and sports nutritionist expert, I hear tons of morning-after complaints, especially after a so-called holiday. Those complaints almost always stem from overindulging in food and alcohol. Because of this, I’ve armed my in-person clients with one of the most powerful, effective, whole body cleansing and liver detoxing smoothies. They call it the “Morning After Cocktail."
I’m sure you're wondering what this cocktail can do for you and how it tastes. Unlike most cleanse and detox drinks, this one tastes so good you’ll want to drink it. And, if you're like me and you like instant gratification, you’ll really like this smoothie because you feel better almost immediately.
Here is what you can expect when you drink this metabolic cleansing liver detox smoothie:
- Bloating disappears due to the nourishment delivered in LynFit Thyro-Boost.
- Headaches and cravings vanish because this smoothie rehydrates versus dehydrating the way most cleanses do.
- The superheroes of this smoothie separate it from all of the rest because it rebalances blood sugar levels that are negatively affected when we overeat or drink alcohol.
Most people don’t realize that overeating, alcohol consumption, stress, and weight loss (as well as weight gain) all clog the liver, making us feel tired and irritable. Your stomach can even become upset or make you feel nauseous. This triple threat morning-after detox smoothie makes you feel so good that you'll want to exercise!
Simply add each ingredient to the blender and blend on medium speed until your smoothie reaches the consistency you like. For a thicker smoothie you can eat with a spoon (that’s the way I like mine), add 4-5 ice cubes and blend until thick.
Morning After Cocktail
- Add (¾ cup) of very cold water to the blender.
- Add (2-3 scoops) of LynFit Advanced Complete Protein Powder
- (1 full shot glass) Daily Power Shot
- (2 dropper-fulls) Thyro-Boost
- NOTE: If you weigh more than 200 lbs., use (3 scoops) of Protein Powder, (2 shot glasses) of Daily Power Shot, and (3 dropper-fulls) of Thyro-Boost. The more you weigh, the more nutrients your body requires to reach the desired effect.
You would have to juice over 30 pounds of produce to match the nutrition this dynamic smoothie delivers, and while that may seem healthy, it's not.
Our body is designed to chew vegetables, not juice them, in order to set off the digestive juices and enzymes that help digest them. It's also not a good idea when you're trying to lose weight because you’d also be ingesting too many calories and way too much sugar, making cravings worse. In fact, it triggers them and stops your body from burning fat, shedding weight, and deleting the body of the critical nutrients it needs to stay healthy and fight against disease.
This super-smoothie contains way too many benefits to list, but since it is St. Patty’s Day, and as Pastor Rich Perez always reminds me... ”we are still flesh” and will do some human things. So be proactive and protect your body with this smoothie.
The nutrients in the supplements used in this specific smoothie are clinically-dosed and research-backed, meaning your body gets the amount needed to bring you the results you're looking for. You'll receive a broad spectrum of nutrients designed to combat free radicals, neutralize alcohol metabolites such as acetaldehyde, revive and restore your liver back to health, and replenish b,c, and other vitamins, minerals, and amino acids.
The combo of Thyro-Boost with Daily Power Shot provides hepatoprotective agents that aid in reducing harmful compounds caused by drinking alcohol and overeating and protect cells from oxidative stress. You'll receive protective nutrients such chlorophyll (in addition to cleansing and detoxing, it protects health and DNA from the ravages of overeating and drinking alcohol—even one glass can harm you) that protects your cells from oxidative stress. Grape Seed Extract, Milk Thistle, and now Reservatrol, found in Daily Power Shot, promote the body’s natural healthy and very healing detoxification process, offsetting oxidative stress that can make you feel sick and cause aches and pains by encouraging a healthy inflammatory response.
Did you know that consuming as little as three ounces of alcohol can damage your liver? Fifty percent of drinkers who consume as little as three ounces of alcohol daily can develop cirrhosis of the liver, and the longer you drink, the greater your risk of alcoholic liver disease. Eating high-fat diets such as Keto or Paleo aren’t much better.
Protect your liver by enjoying this delicious smoothie every day and take (2-4) Raspberry Ketone Cleanse & Restore before and after you overindulge. It helps your body digest and assimilate what you eat, so less is stored as fat while restoring gut health, so you can enjoy more and suffer less.
As the Irish say, "Cheers to good health," and staying strong!
