What Can The Daily Essential Nutrients Do For You?

RSS

Vitamins and minerals keep our bodies strong. We all spend a lot of time thinking about food, diets, carbohydrates, protein, and fat. Yes, they are important, but the vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids our bodies extract from food are what actually keep the body, brain, muscles, and organs functioning properly.

Starting from conception, you’re dependent on the nutrients you receive from your mother's diet. Once you're born, your nerves and brain cells depend on the nutrients you receive in order to develop. Throughout your entire life you need to supply a steady, consistent, daily dose of these vital nutrients to stay healthy and fight off disease. They are even more crucial for your nervous system, helping to protect your mental well-being too. Living in today's stress-filled world is making even greater demands on on our bodies, requiring even larger amounts of these essential nutrients.

There are 13 essential vitamins, including vitamins A, C, D, E, K, and B vitamins such as riboflavin and folate.

We also need minerals. Our bodies cannot make minerals, and just like they sound, minerals are inorganic and found in soil and rocks. So, I’m sure you're wondering how they make their way into your daily diet?

Plant foods like leafy greens and root vegetables, which absorb minerals from the soil in which they are grown (hopefully) provide us with these vital minerals. Meat also provides some minerals because the animals absorb these essential nutrients from eating and grazing on grass and grains.

The problem is that in today's world, filled with toxic pollutants, nutrient- depleted soil, combined with lengthy travel and shipping delays and long shelf lives, our foods can be void of the nutrients our bodies need to feel good and stay healthy.

I’m sure you can see why it's a good idea to take Daily Essential Nutrients that provide your body with everything it needs to stay healthy, in the proper ratios versus relying on the quality of the foods you eat.

Our bodies require the six essential nutrients, which are:

  • Carbohydrates (leafy greens are carbs too)
  • Protein
  • Fat
  • Vitamins
  • Minerals
  • And water

We don't stop there at “good enough” … we added additional whole food sourced nutrients, adaptogens, amino acids, phytonutrients, antioxidants, enzymes, herbs, natural botanicals, and essential fats, suspended in a colloidal liquid form making it THE MOST BIOAVAILABLE (usable) way to give our body what it needs every day.

So, to answer the million dollar question I get every day, which is what's the best way to make sure that your body gets what it needs... by taking Daily Power Shot, Pure Omega 3, and in today's COVD stressed-filled world, additional Vitamin D3 Boost. I stacked them together in this money-saving bundle (Daily Health & Energy Essential Nutrients), making it easier for you, removing all the excuses that prevent you from taking better care of you!

Here’s a short list of what Daily Essentials can do for you!

  • Get your energy back and fight fatigue
  • Protect yourself against the killers, colds, flu, viruses, etc.
  • Keep your brain sharp and protect memory
  • Boost metabolism, weight loss, and fat burning
  • Prevent hunger and cravings for the wrong foods
  • Strengthen bones
  • Protect your heart
  • Improve skin, hair, and nail health
  • Boost libido and fertility

In a world filled with people with multiple nutrient deficiencies, sadly only half of Americans take a multivitamin that works. While food used to be the best medicine, today's climate change and over-consumption has depleted our soils to levels that are worse than ever. And, when combined with poor nutrient absorption, taking Daily Essentials is the BEST way to protect your health.

So, to answer your question of who really needs to take Daily Essentials... EVERYONE who breathes! Yes, even if you eat healthy foods; it's not enough. And remember, our bodies don't run on calories; they thrive on the nutrients we give it every day!
