The Three Things You Can Do To Guarantee Weight Loss

RSS

This couple lost a combined 60 pounds and nine inches off of their waistline, which was key. They lowered their blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, and reduced fatty liver in less than 10 weeks!

This is one of my favorite stories because it's also my story too. Their doctor told them both to stop gaining weight and start losing weight, or expect their medical and prescription bills to increase substantially. And, they could plan for a shortened life span due to escalating blood sugar and cholesterol levels that were spiraling out of control and becoming unmanageable, despite their medication use.

Scared into taking action, this couple cut out all carbs, followed a full fat ketogenic diet, hired an expensive trainer, and began working out several times weekly. Sadly, they both gained weight and became injured. They both quit out of frustration, time constraints, and cost.

I met this couple at a speaking event at church where I shared my testimony. When the event was over, they came up to me and asked how on earth was I able to lose 40 pounds and keep it off for so long. Didn't stress, holidays, and menopause affect my metabolism?

I explained that my weight loss struggles led me to spend the last 30+ years researching all things metabolism. I told them how I've devoted the last 30 years of my life to helping those who have tried just about everything to lose weight, yet no matter how much they exercised, or how clean they ate, they couldn't lose weight.

Until you understand how your metabolism works and what makes it work more efficiently you most likely will not lose weight. Here's the 411 on metabolism.

Most diets don't address the underlying metabolic issues that cause weight gain. They block weight loss, acting like a brake stopping you from losing weight and actually make insulin resistance worse.

The biggest mistake I see when people are trying to lose weight is not addressing belly fat right away. Abdominal obesity is proof that you need to address your metabolic health in order to lose weight.

Poor metabolic health includes elevated and unbalanced blood sugar levels, high cholesterol and triglycerides (heart disease and diabetes), acid reflux, gastric issues, chronic inflammation, low energy and fatigue, and depression.

96% of LynFit clients have a hormonal imbalance, which also includes the stress hormone cortisol, that drives intense hunger and cravings that lead to weight gain and excess belly fat. All of which prevent them from losing weight.

Sadly, if these issues are left alone, their health gets progressively worse and losing weight becomes harder and harder. The good news is that when you address these underlying metabolic health issues, losing weight and melting off stubborn belly fat becomes easier.

It's easier than you think, and these metabolic improvements begin the same day you start. Here are the three things I did with this couple that you can do also to guarantee weight loss.

STEP ONE

I had them replace their current keto smoothie that they were drinking for breakfast and lunch with a LynFit Metabolic Boosting Smoothie instead. This is the only protein powder that’s "complete", so there's no need to add anything to it. It is specifically designed to:

  • Boost your metabolism 25%
  • Keep you feeling fuller longer and kill cravings
  • Help manage cortisol levels (those pesky stress hormones)

STEP TWO

I had them take (1) Keto Carb Edge and (1) Cutting Edge with their shakes twice daily to naturally reduce blood sugar levels and prevent metabolic slowdown that occurs when calories are reduced.

Both make it easier to lose weight and prevent weight regain.

STEP THREE

I had them take (2) Raspberry Ketone Cleanse & Restore to improve digestion, eliminating the need for acid reflux pills or other gastric medications, preventing blood sugar levels from becoming unbalanced.

This helps detoxify your system, protecting metabolic and whole-body health, while preventing and reducing bloat.
