If you had to put a title to your weight loss story, what would it be?
A Life Changing Experience!

What is your favorite LynFit metabolic boosting weight loss recipe?
My favorite recipe would be the pancakes. For a long time, I missed pancakes and craved them terribly. Once Lisa made the pancake recipe my cravings stopped and I enjoy eating pancakes again!

What is your favorite LynFit supplement to use, and why? How has it helped you?
My favorite LynFit supplement would be the Pure Omega 3. I also love the Complete Protein Shake. I love to drink it warm in the winter months. Omega 3 has helped my hair, skin, and nails tremendously. I take it every day.

Did you encounter any obstacles? If so, how did you overcome them?
I struggle with stress eating, bored eating, and just want a taste eating. I grab a bottle of water to stop it or I grab a LynFit Lean Bar and cut it in half, or eat the whole bar.

How has your life changed since you lost weight?
I personally lost 80 pounds with LynFit. If I didn’t, I would probably be still 210 or even higher than I could even imagine. With Lisa’s products, I no longer have brain fog and I’m more active. I can do things with friends without being out of breath every two seconds; like hiking, walking, and even just moving around. I feel more confident about myself and what I wear. It has taken me a long time to adjust to my new and improved body. I struggle with sensitivity to gluten, dairy, wheat, chocolate, and corn. When I drink and take LynFit, I do not have pain or sensitivity. LynFit has truly saved my life.

What did you do during the first two weeks of LynFit that helped you stick to the plan?
I wrote a meal plan of what I ate that day or wrote in a food journal on my phone as a mental note so I keep on track. If I didn’t do that, then I would think in the moment, “I can cheat just once.” But that "just once" would turn into every day and I don’t want that!

What is your favorite exercise?
I like working out at home because it's easier and I miss fewer workouts. I like the Lean Core and Metabolic Booster Workout 1. They don't bulk me up and are easy to fit into my life. I always make sure to get my 10,000 steps in every day.
