The Scoop On Poop: Is Your Poop Normal?

This is not a sexy topic by any means, but it's more important than you think, especially when it comes to losing weight and feeling your absolute best. If you're wondering if your bowel habits are normal, or if they may be affecting your weight loss and health, check out the info below. I’m here to help make it easy for you to get back on track and get things moving again... literally 😀

Poop is a sign sent from your inside, letting you know how things are going internally. Being constipated is a sign that your digestion isn't working up to par and directly affecting the speed of your metabolism.

Regularity equals a healthy metabolism, making it easier to lose weight and keep it off.

Constipation equals a slow, sluggish metabolism, leading to weight gain/slow weight loss.

If you pay close attention, you can improve your health before things get out of control and the weight starts to pile up. When digestion is working optimally, what goes in one end should come out the other within 24 hours or less.

What is normal?

🚽 Going every day - 1-3 times a day is ideal
🚽 No straining or pain
🚽 Takes less than two minutes to get the job done
🚽 Brown in color 💩
🚽 Feeling of full elimination and clean wiping
🚽 S-shaped, ideally soft and smooth
🚽 Sinks to the bottom - doesn't float

It's normal for your poop to NOT be normal every day, so don't worry if your poop doesn't nail all of the points mentioned above.

Temporary changes in frequency, consistency, color, size, shape, and smell are normal due to changes in your diet (like not eating enough leafy greens and eating too much meat or eggs), hydration levels, hormones (including the stress hormone cortisol), as well as your routine, medication, or supplement use and mental state can all affect your bowel habits.

If you're feeling a little off or constipated, and you're having a hard time losing weight or keeping it off, your poops are trying to tell you something. It's trying to tell you that your digestion needs a boost!

The good news is that these issues are easier to improve than you might think, bringing you fast relief when you have the right tools and you know what to do.

That’s exactly why I put the Digestion, Gut & Immune Health Stack together for you. It removes the guesswork, so you can start feeling better the same day you start taking these natural nutritional supplements.
